How to cancel an active service with KressentHosting.

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel a service you have with us! We understand that at some point you are no longer in need of the service, but if it is for another reason such as an issue you are facing or our prices we have, contact support and we can try and work something out with you!

1. Login to the Billing Panel Here.

2. Click on the active service(s) you wish to cancel.

3. Click on "Request Cancellation"

3. You may then enter the reason for the Cancellation, and then select between "Immediate" and or "End of Billing Period"

• Immediate: Your service will be cancelled within 24 hours or you can contact support to have it cancelled.
• End of Billing Period: Your service will remain active until the end of the service's month of activity.
